As for a container order, we will give you a certain amount of spare parts for free to ensure the after sale service for your end users.

At the same time, we also have a professional and international service team to support you if there are any problems. Our service team will be standby for 16 hours per day to avoid the problems due to the time difference for different countries, and  any problems will be replied in 24 hours and solved in 48 hours.

However, the remote service will be of course not enough for the global market. We are now building our local service team for the oversea markets, such as North America and Europe, which will make our service much better.
