Channel Management

Now PHNIX product is exported to all over the word  , How to manage the sales Channel is very important to PHNIX and also the clients. PHNIX always prefer to collaborate with wholesaler /distributor.
One Region, One Product, One Client:
In order to lead global positive market competition, PHNIX will not sell the same product to two clients in one region.
A-level Agent, Exclusive Agent Rights:
We are willing to give the A-level agent rights, or even exclusive agent rights to clients with strong sales and service capability for certain market/product. They would enjoy our most competitive product price and tiered special discount for substantial order.
Co-brand or PHNIX Brand:
For specific markets, we prefer to operate as a co-brand with our clients, or offer PHNIX’s own brand products and services to dealers.

What we do to support clients and market

Visiting Clients 2 or More Times Every Year:
PHNIX always works closely with clients. Client visit is a vital activity for us to get to know them, and share with them the latest industry information; conduct product training, etc..
Local Market Product Standard, Certification Support:
PHNIX will collect market information, such as the local government policy for the green technology, and also market special requirements for the products. For mutual benefits, we provide clients product certification requirements for local markets so as to help our clients occupy their market.
Attending/Co-exhibit Leading Exhibitions/Fairs in the Industry:
Every year, PHNIX attends nearly 10 international or local professional exhibitions and fairs, such as ISH Germany, MCE Italy, Piscine & Wellness Barcelona, Pool & Spa Patio USA, EXPOLAZER Brazil, etc.. We take it as a rewarding chance to make face-to-face communication with our clients, get the real local market situation and prospect news. We welcome exhibition cooperation with clients as well.
Marketing Support:
We are willing to provide clients promotional materials, like catalogs, technical manuals of our products, and help them to promote products on local media with our news release resources. We can also help to recommend the most suitable product and solution to clients.
After Sales Support:
PHNIX has a professional after-sales technical team to provide at least once product training every year in the clients’ place. We also provide some free spare parts to them for every full container. Every PHNIX heat pump has a special verification code to track in case of aftersales problem. For products with app control, the technical team can even do the aftersales troubleshooting remotely in China.
