PHNIX always works closely with clients. Client visit is a vital activity for us to get to know them, and make business conference, technical training, after sales support etc..
For mutual benefits, we provide clients marketing support such as product certification requirements for local markets. We find solution to adjust our products for adapting to the markets, so as to help our clients occupy their market.
Every year, PHNIX attends four to five international big exhibitions and industry official trade shows, such as ISH Germany, MCE Italy, Pool & Spa Patio USA, EXPOLAZER Brazil, etc.. We take it as a rewarding chance to make face-to-face communication with our clients, get the real local market situation and prospect news.
We welcome exhibition cooperation with clients as well, and we are willing to provide them promotional materials(catalogs, technical manuals...) of our products.
In order to lead global positive market competition, PHNIX will not sell the same product to two clients in one region.
We are willing to give the A-level agent rights, or even exclusive agent rights to clients with strong sales and service capability, and give them more product and service support. They would enjoy our most competitive product price and discount.
For specific markets, we prefer to operate as a co-brand with our clients, or offer PHNIX’s own brand products and services to dealers.
