The second phase six sigma was recently launched in PHNIX. This time, the Six Sigma covers R&D department, Production workshops, QC department and the Oversea marketing department. Compared with the first phase Six Sigma, these projects are different. The first phase projects were mainly to strengthen R & D processes and the production performance control. While this time, the (second) projects focus on production differences and efficient integration between different departments.

According to PHNIX relevant executives of Six Sigma, the second phase projects mainly focused on effective cooperation between different departments to achieve performance improvement. Also with the help of Six Sigma, PHNIX will continue to establish its own pursuit of the long-term industry leadership and world-class performance management awareness. Using the concept of Six Sigma, PHNIX will continue to improve its service, eradicate problems in the enterprise to meet the increasingly fierce competition in the world market.
