Based on social responsibility and its own development objectives, PHNIX group recently recruited a large number of HVAC, architectural environment, refrigeration, electronic information and other related professional graduates. More than 40 new graduates were recruited from a single university in Hunan province.

According to statistics from the PHNIX Human Resource Department, PHNIX has organized a number of new graduates to visit the PHNIX group dating back in November. Such a visit greatly eased the anxiety of the new graduates as they can easily get used to the society. This is also part of PHNIX culture.

This new graduates were also shown around by various department's heads and the PHNIX culture was introduced to them. They visited the various workshops, as well as the employees' dormitories. PHNIX also organized a series of activities such as ‘barbecue get-together' etc which reflected PHNIX special culture about talents.

After visiting, the new graduates gave a high praise about PHNIX. As a consequence, most of them have signed employment contracts with PHNIX. They will soon join the PHNIX team. (Duan Yiman)
