To better interact with our cooperative partners and get to know better about the local market, PHNIX always attends international expos to catch up the latest industry trend. At the same time, PHNIX can show the latest heat pump products and solutions to customers on the exhibition.
We are willing to provide clients promotional materials, like catalogs, technical manuals of our heat pumps, and help them to promote products on local media with our news release resources. We can also help to recommend the most suitable product and solution to clients.
During sales, our professional sales engineers will recommend product to its clients according to their requirement and help to choose the most suitable models for them.
Based on the different requirement from different countries, PHNIX can help to apply for required product certifications as to the needs of customers.
PHNIX team will visit customers at least twice a year for after-sales updates, technical trainings, new product introduction and marketing strategy discussion, ensuring close communication with the customers.
Warranty Service is a must. Our warranty services include maintaining, repairing, replacing a warrantied product and supplement of spare parts. PHNIX have various warranty package with different coverage period and content.
